I've been talking to 2 people recently who both had proclaimed their entire life "I am not a morning person." Each person allowed that thought, or that belief to be a driving force in each of their lives.
Each one changed that limiting belief and each one has since discovered some very profound changes taking place, things that are changing their lives!
